Overview

Notes Rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, CRM 2013 and Online is a Managed Solution add-in Upgrade to CRM. It allows Standard and Custom Entities like Account, Opportunity, Quote, Order, Invoice and other One to many relationship entities to put all Notes and attachments in parent Entity.

Feature Set

  • Opportunity, Quote, Order and Invoice and other 1: N relationship entities to have Notes & Attachments in Single Entity.
  • Within Notes Rollup Search facility, edit existing notes and download attachment facility available.
  • Facility to Edit Existing Notes, Download Attachments of 1: N Entities.

For Example:     If user want to view all Notes and Attachments in Accounts Entity form for Opportunity, Quote and Order, user has to configure same in Notes Setting area to get it displayed.

1st year maintenance included with email-based or Live Web Installation and Use support. Annual 25% maintenance for future feature editions, upgrades, and support.
