Step1: Open https://portal.office.com and login with your CRM credentials

Step2: Go to “Admin” tab as shown below

Step3: Expand “Admin Centers” tab (on left) and Click on Dynamics 365 tab

Step4: Click on “APPLICATIONS” tab as shown below

Step5: Go to “Portal Add-On” Option and click on “MANAGE” icon

Step6: Give portal information according to your requirement using following options and click on “Submit” button

Step7: Accept Terms of Service by clicking “Accept” button (it takes couple of minutes)

Then it ask to “Sign in” to accept the Microsoft CRM Portal permissions as shown below

Step8: On accepting permissions a successful message will be displayed as shown below

Step9: Portal will take 2-5 minutes to configure, you can check the status by refreshing page as shown below
Note: you can find [Portal name]-Configuring as shown below

You can manage other solutions using “Manage” then select the solution and clicking on “INSTALL” option as shown below

Step10Congratulations your portal has been created. Go to URL to open portal.

Note: URL which you provided while creating portal (Step6 for reference)
