E-mail-to-Lead runs as a Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 or 2007 in Windows XP or later add-in with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 for on one or more designated CRM User’s computer.

Processed E-mails in Microsoft Outlook are green color tagged for successful conversion and maroon if stopped by duplicate detection and optionally moved or copied to user selected Outlook storage folders for organization of Outlook e-mails. Log files track all e-mail conversions. Processed e-mail log files and saved configuration files can be stored locally or centrally across a network. E-mail-to-Lead installation allows for Outlook CRM client Users to be able to create new conversation configurations or only be able to process existing saved configurations to control lead input process quality.
