Processed E-mails in Microsoft Outlook are green color tagged for successful conversion and maroon if stopped by duplicate detection and optionally moved or copied to user selected Outlook storage folders for organization of Outlook e-mails. The "New Copy" button only appears if an E-Mail that has been selected in Outlook and compared to a Saved Configuration has matching a source. This function then returns those field headers in the new E-mail Configuration field list that match those within the selected e-mail and selected saved configuration allowing addition of unique fields to the New configuration. Once configurations are established e-mails can be converted to Input CRM Leads individually, on-the-fly, in batches, or automatically as e-mails are received, with or without the conversion status meter appearing. E-mails conversion completed are flagged Green and moved to an other folder.
