The
E-mail-to-Lead allows "Settings" from an Email-to-Lead menu line on the "CRM" menu within Outlook. Controlling automatic operation and the associated progress bar allows operation automatically upon incoming email with and without a pop-up notification. Other functions such as text cleansing and text prefixing are controlled in the Settings window.
E-mail-to-Lead allows "Configuring" from an Email-to-Lead line on the CRM Menu within Outlook. Controlling automatic operation and the associated progress bar allows operation automatically upon incoming email with and without a pop-up notification. From the Saved Configuration Tab Email-to-Lead can save, copy, and edit configurations. The "New Copy" button only appears if an E-Mail that has been selected in Outlook and compared to a Saved Configuration has matching a source. This function then returns those field headers in the new E-mail Configuration field list that match those within the selected e-mail and selected saved configuration allowing addition of unique fields to the New configuration.
Once configurations are established e-mails can be converted to Input CRM Leads individually, on-the-fly, in batches, or automatically as e-mails are received, with or without the conversion status meter appearing.
E-mails conversion completed are flagged Green and moved to an other folder.

is sophisticated enough to allow configurations based on field position and not
just field name for situations where a form e-mail to be configured does not
include the headers. ![]() E-mail to lead will Parse First and Last Name if they appear in an e-mail's single Name field if that field is matched to the CRM Lead field "First Name". This automatic functionality allows handling of web forms that have only the full name input and must be re-configured to fit CRM Leads First Name and Last Name fields and System Required Last Name field.
