Effective CRM Suite

EffectiveCRM is a suite of products built to enhance Microsoft CRM. Effective CRM streamlines and extends the capability of Microsoft CRM to make it easier for users to be more effective in their work. The EffectiveCRM suite includes all of these Customer Effective products:
Interactions, Products Side Tab, Quick Call, Quick Case, Promote eMail to Case, Effective eMail, Effective Order Entry, and Time Series Forecast. An annual license of EffectiveCRM provides an easy way to purchase all Customer Effective enhancement products for Microsoft CRM and get every new product that Customer Effective releases to the EffectiveCRM suite without additional license costs. As Customer Effective introduces new products or upgrades to the suite you simply download the new product, add it to your Effective CRM configuration, and all of your licensed users can immediately begin taking advantage of the enhancement.

Licensing
An annual license of EffectiveCRM provides a named user license access to all products for one year. A license is not dependent on Microsoft CRM licensing. (If you have 50 users of Microsoft CRM and need 20 users of EffectiveCRM then you only purchase a license for 20 users.) A ten user minimum license is required.

New Product Releases
You will automatically receive all new products released during your annual license term. The Customer Effective newsletter and web site provides regular updates about new products in development.

Updates, Upgrades and Support
You will automatically receive all product updates and upgrades during your annual license term. Your subscription includes e-mail and phone support from our dedicated team of friendly and responsive Technical Support personnel. Support, updates, upgrades and new products are only provided to customers with an active license. Annual licenses are renewed on the anniversary of your license term.

Requirements:
Ten user minimum license.
Installation of Effective Order Entry, Effective eMail and Promote eMail to Case is $1,995 each and will be billed upon completion of the installation service.
