With the Group Calendar for Microsoft CRM,
users can look into the calendar of other users, when their security
role allows. This functionality allows office administrators to schedule
appointments for their executives, and for inside sales reps to schedule
meetings for outside reps.
With Group Calendar managers now can view the calendars of many users at
the same time. Users can view the calendar of other users and check for
scheduling conflicts and also can check activities for a team
scheduling.
