| Ever
dreamt of having your own import tool for cleansing data, filling
your leads database etc.
With ImportManager this is
possible. ImportManager provides you with a powerful import tool
that provides you the ability to:
- Import core data into
leads, accounts and contacts
- Automatically map contacts
to accounts
- Custom field mapping
- Customizable duplicate
checking
- Data cleansing capability
– updating fields on already imported records during an import
- Saving your field mapping
to a configuration file for later use. This could be for a
regular data cleaning from your data provider (e.g. Dun &
Bradstreet, your ERP system or similar)
Our partners often use this
tool for loading core data from a customers ERP system into their
new Microsoft CRM system.
Our customers often use it to
export a complete list of their leads to Excel, modify the
information they need to and the import the list again –
automatically updating the lead fields they changed.
